
課題組負(fù)責(zé)人簡介:
郭磊,教授,博士、碩士生導(dǎo)師,泰山學(xué)者青年專家。2017年獲中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)植物研究所博士學(xué)位,2017年6月至2018年4月在美國普渡大學(xué)從事博士后研究,2018年5月至2024年12月在美國馬里蘭大學(xué)從事博士后研究,2025年01月入職山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝學(xué)院。長期致力于植物種子/果實發(fā)育和無性繁殖的分子機制,研究成果揭示了草莓種子在受精后啟動和關(guān)閉果實發(fā)育信號(生長素)合成的具體調(diào)控機制;解析了受精后種子中胚胎和胚乳早期發(fā)育的分子機理。以第一作者(含并一)在Nature Communications、Plant Physiology、The Plant Journal、JIPB和Current Opinion in Plant Biology等國際主流期刊發(fā)表研究論文。
擔(dān)任Plant Reproduction期刊的Guest Editor,Frontiers in Plant Science期刊的Reviewer Editor,以及多家著名學(xué)術(shù)期刊的審稿人,如JIPB、Horticulture Research等。擔(dān)任中國園藝學(xué)會草莓分會第六屆理事會理事。
主要研究方向:
草莓的果實鮮嫩多汁,香氣濃郁,營養(yǎng)豐富,被稱為“水果皇后”,具有較高的經(jīng)濟價值,是我國重要的水果經(jīng)濟作物。我國是世界上草莓生產(chǎn)量和消費量最大的國家,我國草莓種植面積在全球占比近三分之一。課題組以森林草莓和栽培草莓為主要研究對象,當(dāng)前主要研究方向:(1)草莓花托果實發(fā)育的分子機制研究;(2)草莓無性繁殖(匍匐莖)的遺傳與調(diào)控機理研究。
