
仲米財博士,校聘教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師,“植物分子遺傳暨玫瑰遺傳與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新團隊”骨干。本科畢業(yè)于西南大學(xué)林學(xué)系;在中國科學(xué)院沈陽應(yīng)用生態(tài)研究所獲得農(nóng)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位;2020年在中國科學(xué)院昆明植物研究所獲得理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,后繼續(xù)從事博士后研究工作;2024年入職山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院觀賞園藝系。研究方向為植物分子遺傳與適應(yīng)機制,具備多學(xué)科交叉背景,主要利用生物信息學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)及實驗生物學(xué)等手段,解析植物環(huán)境適應(yīng)、器官發(fā)育包括皮刺發(fā)育及連續(xù)開花等關(guān)鍵農(nóng)藝性狀的分子機制。擅長生物信息學(xué)分析,尤其復(fù)雜基因組分型,精細(xì)注釋,功能基因挖掘,群體遺傳及演化分析,單細(xì)胞多組學(xué)聯(lián)合分析等。在National Science Review, Molecular Plant, Horticulture Research, Plant Diversity等雜志發(fā)表研究論文20 余篇;主持中國科學(xué)院人才項目及公安部開放課題各一項;以核心骨干參與云南省重大科技專項和云嶺學(xué)者項目兩項;參與序列處理軟件研發(fā)、復(fù)雜物種總RNA 提取、月季ISTs序列組裝及家系鑒定等專利共計三項。
