個(gè)人簡歷及工作業(yè)績介紹
孫翠慧，碩導(dǎo)，中共黨員。現(xiàn)為園藝科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院觀賞園藝專業(yè)副教授。
2009年7月畢業(yè)于山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院；
2009年9月至2012年6月在中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)與生物技術(shù)學(xué)院攻讀觀賞園藝碩士學(xué)位；
2012年7月至2014年8月在中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)擔(dān)任觀賞園藝專業(yè)科研助理；
2018年6月獲得山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)觀賞園藝專業(yè)博士學(xué)位，畢業(yè)后留校任職；
2019年7月至2020年8月在美國康奈爾大學(xué)植物科學(xué)院進(jìn)行訪學(xué)交流；
2021年4月至2024年1月在中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝學(xué)流動(dòng)站完成博士后研究工作。
近年來，以第一作者或者通訊作者在Journal of Integrative Plant Biology、Horticulture Research、Plant Science、BMC plant biology等期刊發(fā)表專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)論著20余篇。主持國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)子課題、國家青年基金各1項(xiàng)，山東省青年基金2項(xiàng)、山東省技術(shù)創(chuàng)新引導(dǎo)計(jì)劃（魯渝科技協(xié)作）1項(xiàng)，泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)科技特派員科技項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。
教育教學(xué)工作
主要講授本科生《觀賞園藝學(xué)A1》、《觀賞園藝學(xué)A2》、《觀賞植物種苗學(xué)》等課程，參講《園藝植物生物技術(shù)》、《觀賞園藝產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)踐與訓(xùn)練》等研究生課程。主持山東省本科高等教學(xué)改革項(xiàng)目（面上項(xiàng)目）1項(xiàng)，山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)本科生教改項(xiàng)目（重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目）1項(xiàng)。
主要從事菊花花期和花色調(diào)控的機(jī)制探究以及茶用菊種質(zhì)資源篩選與品種選育。
