孫秀東,男,1977年6月生,博士,副教授。
教學(xué)方面主要為園藝及設(shè)施專業(yè)本科生講授《蔬菜園藝學(xué)》、《設(shè)施蔬菜學(xué)》等課程,參編《園藝學(xué)各論(北方本)》、《蔬菜栽培學(xué)各論(北方本)》2部國家規(guī)劃教材,獲山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)教學(xué)成果二等獎1項。
科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域為蔥姜蒜類蔬菜栽培與分子生物學(xué),包括蔥姜蒜類蔬菜種質(zhì)資源創(chuàng)新及利用、栽培理論與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、功能基因組學(xué)等方面。通過引種馴化、原生質(zhì)體培養(yǎng)及融合技術(shù)、多倍體誘導(dǎo)技術(shù)改良大蒜品種、創(chuàng)造新種質(zhì)。在大蒜休眠相關(guān)基因的克隆、差異篩選以及功能分析等方面,取得了創(chuàng)新性成果。相關(guān)研究結(jié)果發(fā)表在《Molecular Plant》、《Genome Biology》、《Horticulture Research》、《Plant Cell Reports》、《Molecular Genetics and Genomics》、Plant Cell, Tissue and Organ Culture》、《Protoplasma》等期刊上。
研究方向
1. 蔥姜蒜類蔬菜栽培與分子生物學(xué):蔥姜蒜類蔬菜種質(zhì)資源創(chuàng)新及利用、栽培理論與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、功能基因組學(xué)等方面。通過引種馴化、原生質(zhì)體培養(yǎng)及融合技術(shù)、多倍體誘導(dǎo)技術(shù)改良大蒜品種、創(chuàng)造新種質(zhì)。
2. 番茄耐鹽的分子遺傳解析與新材料創(chuàng)制:開展番茄種質(zhì)資源、重組自交系群體等材料的耐鹽性鑒定,進(jìn)行全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析,發(fā)掘耐鹽關(guān)鍵候選位點(diǎn)/基因與功能標(biāo)記,解析耐鹽遺傳基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建耐鹽全基因組選擇模型。
