
孟憲文,博士,副教授,碩士研究生導(dǎo)師。中國(guó)生物信息學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)(籌)多組學(xué)與整合生物學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員。2013年獲哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學(xué)生物信息學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,2018年獲浙江大學(xué)生物信息學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2018年7月至今,在山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)任教。共發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇篇,其中以第一作者或通訊作者身份發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文7篇,副主編科學(xué)出版社“十四五”普通高等教育本科規(guī)劃教材《生物信息學(xué)》(第四版)。擔(dān)任Plant Cell,Horticulture Research和Molecular Horticulture等7個(gè)國(guó)際期刊審稿人。近年來(lái),主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委青年項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)子課題3項(xiàng)。
研究方向:
1. 番茄灰霉病等重要病害抗病基因的圖位克隆;
2. 利用多組學(xué)測(cè)序技術(shù)和生化實(shí)驗(yàn)手段解析番茄對(duì)常見病害抗性反應(yīng)的分子機(jī)理。
