
個人簡介
任仲海:泰山學者”特聘教授,國家優(yōu)秀青年科學基金、山東省杰出青年科學基金獲得者。本科與碩士先后于1998和2001年在山東師范大學獲學士及碩士學位,2005年在中科院植物生理生態(tài)所獲博士學位。博士畢業(yè)后,到美國加州大學河濱分校,以及蒙大拿州立大學進行博士后研究工作。2010年受聘于山東農業(yè)大學。長期從事植物分子遺傳學及功能基因組學研究,尤其是植物重要農藝性狀基因/QTL(Quantitative Trait Loci)的定位、克隆及其功能研究。主要以黃瓜為研究對象,利用分子遺傳學、分子生物學、生物化學等手段,挖掘黃瓜品質、抗性等功能基因,并研究其調控黃瓜品質、抗性的分子機理。相關研究結果發(fā)表在《Nature Genetics》、《PNAS》、《Plant Physiol》、《J Exp Bot.》等國際著名雜志上。獲得“中國科學院優(yōu)秀博士學位論文”及“全國優(yōu)秀博士學位論文”獎。獲上海市科學技術獎一等獎(第三位)1項,國家自然科學獎二等獎(第三位)1項。
教育教學工作
講授本科課程《園藝植物育種學》和《園藝專業(yè)英語》;碩士生《現(xiàn)代園藝植物遺傳育種進展(葫蘆科部分)》;博士生課程《功能基因組學(葫蘆科部分)》。
